By accessing or using gettextlogo.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. "GetTextLogo", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of this website.

GetTextLogo is a browser-based tool that lets you create text-based logo designs and export them as SVG or PNG files. The design editor runs entirely in your browser. Logo artwork is not stored on our servers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

You must create an account to export logos. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is not permitted.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are involved in fraudulent activity.

You retain full ownership of any logo you create with GetTextLogo. We claim no rights over your designs. By using the Service you confirm you have the right to use any text, names, or content you incorporate into your logo.

Exported files are yours to use for any personal or commercial purpose without attribution. We grant you a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the exported assets.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Create logos that infringe third-party trademarks or copyrights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service.
• Circumvent access controls or rate limits.
• Resell access to the Service without our written permission.

The GetTextLogo name, wordmark, website design, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to use our branding.

The font families available in the editor are served from Google Fonts under their respective open-source licences. Exported logos that use these fonts inherit those licences.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any logo you produce. You are solely responsible for ensuring your exported designs do not infringe the rights of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetTextLogo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $20, whichever is greater.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
